LONDONDERRY, NH
A community based arts center with a 950 seat Theater/Concert Hall, a 200 seat Studio Theater/Recital Hall, exhibition galleries, artists’ studios, classrooms for enrichment programs, a senior center, cafe and bookstore. The facility is to serve the broad cultural needs of the Londonderry region, and host professional artists in the visual and performing arts. To capture the unique identity of Londonderry, the facility is to be set within a vast orchard. The project is currently in the planning stages.
