THE GREEN MUSIC CENTER FOR SANTA ROSA SYMPHONY AND SONOMA STATE UNIVERSITY
SONOMA COUNTY, CA
A 1400 seat concert hall, 300 seat recital hall, music school and support spaces are to be set at the base of the Sonoma Hills and surrounding vineyards. This assembly will frame an entry courtyard and an open lawn from which an additional 2000 patrons can view the concert hall stage and the Sonoma Hills in the distance, while enjoying outdoor picnics. The Concert Hall will be the primary home for the Santa Rosa Symphony even as the facility will be owned and operated by the California State University System. The project is soon to be in construction.
